It seem sthat the rumor of the database hack is unfounded. In an email from the Admin, Ryan Baker, eh explains that;
We have been planning major enhancements to Reef Central for many
months. Many of these planned enhancements are a direct response to
requests from our most valuable resource…
It seems the outage was associated with thier upgrade and an incompatability. So never-fret RC-fanbois, Reef central is very much alive and kicking!
